Purpose of the Role

The position for Business Development is a role that will drive growth of Xogito Group, Inc software development product services by creating new unique business opportunities. S/he is someone who will identify prospective partnerships, execute sales activities and get involved in exchanging values, helping partner companies exceed revenue.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify potential strategic partners, alliances and relationships
  • Provide assessments of clients’ needs and goals
  • Prepare customized proposals with adherence to best industry practices
  • Make exceptional deals happen
  • Play a key role in the executive team that sets the company’s strategic directions
  • Build trust, credibility among clients and maintain long-term collaborations
  • Team up with professionals in a multicultural virtual work environment
  • Feel comfortable with occasional business trip

Required Experience & Knowledge

  • Experience in business development/marketing and sales
  • Experience selling software product development services
  • Excellent business/client relationship skills as well as polished communication, presentation and people skills
  • Basic understanding of SDLC
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive attitude

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertisement or other relevant discipline (willing to substitute for sales experience)
  • MBA is highly desired
  • Any relevant IT certifications is a plus
