Purpose of the Role

The Digital Talent Recruiter will join our forward-thinking and results-driven HR Team and bring their unique talent and expertise into executing the full cycle recruitment process. The new colleague will be responsible for expanding the company’s team by building trust, credibility and engagement with both passive and active candidates in the course of action.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement targeted recruitment strategies for each position according to requirements
  • Proactively source and attract potential candidates
  • Pre-screen CVs, conduct interviews and provide recommendations for next steps
  • Present applications to Hiring Managers
  • Coordinate and be the first point of contact for candidates during the entire process
  • Ensure high level candidates’ experience
  • Contribute to other HR processes as needed within the team

Required Experience & Knowledge

  • At least 3 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in a IT recruitment agency, or in-house
  • Significant comprehension of software development life-cycle
  • Good grasp of various technology stacks, such as programming languages, DBs, OS-es and the way they interact
  • Knowledge and curiosity about the information technology field
  • Good online presence and active use of various social and professional networks

  • Ability to own the entire IT recruitment process and deliver maximum results within a short period of time

Required Education & Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HRM, Psychology, Social Sciences or relevant discipline
