Fullstack Developer (.Net & React) – REF 103 – 06

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in .NET, React, and SQL to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of modern web applications, working across both the front end and back end.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and DevOps in an Agile environment, building scalable and maintainable solutions while embracing modern development practices—including AI-assisted software development using tools such as Claude.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET and React.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and REST APIs.
• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance.
• Work with SQL databases, designing and optimizing queries and data models.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude) to improve productivity and code quality.
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices.

Required Experience & Knowledge

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Strong experience with C# and ASP.NET Core (.NET 6 or later).
• Strong experience building modern applications with React.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design principles.
• Experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience working on SaaS or enterprise web applications.
• Comfortable using or willing to adopt AI-powered development tools (such as Claude) as part of the daily engineering workflow.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Entity Framework.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with Azure Cosmos DB or other NoSQL databases.
• Experience with front-end tooling such as Vite or Webpack.
• Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker.
