Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as an IT Technical Project Manager who is both detailed focused and organizationally minded. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by coordinating, documenting, and overseeing the implementation of many different projects both internal and external. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, detail oriented, possesses excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, and has expertise in cloud services, networking, and IT infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers, management and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and resolution of technical issues
  • Provide expertise in cloud services, including AWS and Azure, to optimize customer deployments
  • Create (in collaboration with sr engineers) and manage detailed implementation project plans
  • Track and monitoring plan execution, provide recurring updates to management and clients on status
  • Coordinate various resources to assure project is done in a timely fashion
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and emerging technologies to better serve customers

Required Experience & Knowledge:

  • Proven experience in managing IT and cloud services projects
  • Strong understanding of IT, DevOps, and how effective tech teams operate
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Understanding of ITIL and other frameworks a plus

Required Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Advanced level of both spoken and written English language
