Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a Process Manager to join our dynamic team of professionals. You will work alongside our InfraOps team, which consists of DevOps, DBAs, security, and support engineers. Your main responsibilities will be related to the evaluation and improvement of current processes, while being able to implement more efficient and improved ones and facilitate the overall changes. Understanding the business requirements and how to meet them in the best way possible is crucial.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing processes, procedures, or methods to improve efficiency and productivity in a specific area
  • Ensuring that all regulations are followed and reporting any violations to management
  • Conducting audits of current processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Developing or modifying policies, procedures, and protocols for new or existing programs
  • Training staff on new or updated processes to ensure effective implementation
  • Analyzing data to identify trends or suggest improvements to processes
  • Communicating process changes to all affected parties such as customers, suppliers, vendors, employees, etc.
  • Coordinating with other departments and customers to ensure that information is accurate and up to date

Required Experience & Knowledge

  • Previous experience in the same or similar position 
  • Solid experience in leading a team
  • “Can do” approach 
  • Great communication skills
  • Good understanding of different process management softwares

Required Education & Qualifications

  • Advanced level of both spoken and written English language
