Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our company. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams, and driving our product vision forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Fintech and experience in dealing directly with clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap, including feature prioritization, release planning, and user research
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch new products
- Work closely with clients to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch maintenance
- Communicate product status, progress, and issues to senior management and stakeholders
- Continuously monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve user engagement and retention
Required Experience & Knowledge
- Solid experience in product management, preferably in the Fintech industry. Will be tested
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from ideation to launch
- Strong experience working directly with clients and gathering feedback to improve products
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
