Purpose of the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in e-commerce and SEO to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of our e-commerce strategy, including SEO optimization, product launches, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to ensure our products meet customer needs and drive business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy that drives revenue growth, improves customer engagement, and enhances the overall customer experience
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends, and use insights to inform product strategy
  • Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and customer feedback
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure products are developed and launched on time and within budget
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute SEO strategies to increase traffic and revenue from organic search
  • Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and inform product decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support
  • Communicate product strategy and performance to executive leadership and stakeholders

Required Experience & Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience developing and executing SEO strategies
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on business impact and customer feedback
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
