Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Agentforce to join our agile software development team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing advanced Salesforce solutions, leveraging Agentforce’s AI-driven capabilities to deliver innovative, client-focused applications. As a Salesforce Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and customize Salesforce-based solutions that meet client needs and drive business success.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements gathering and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications, including workflows, triggers, custom objects, and Agentforce-powered AI solutions.
- Implement and optimize Agentforce to enhance Salesforce applications with autonomous, AI-driven functionalities.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs to ensure seamless functionality and data flow.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following Salesforce best practices.
- Perform testing, debugging, and deployment of Salesforce and Agentforce solutions.
- Work closely with product managers, QAs, and clients in an Agile environment.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, Agentforce advancements, and industry trends.
Required Experience & Knowledge
Mandatory:
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce, including building and customizing AI agents using Agent Builder and integrating with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, such as workflows, process builder, and custom objects.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development.
- Experience with additional Salesforce AI tools beyond Agentforce, such as Einstein Copilot.

Required Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
