Senior Fullstack Engineer (React / Node.js / React Native) – REF 101 – 63

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer with strong expertise in React, Node.js, and React Native to join our Xogito engineering team and contribute to international software projects.

This role is ideal for an engineer who is comfortable working across the full application stack, from backend services and APIs to modern web and mobile applications.

We are looking for someone with strong technical fundamentals who can take ownership of complex features, make sound engineering decisions, and contribute beyond implementation to architecture, technical design, and overall product quality.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
• Build modern frontend applications using React and mobile applications using React Native.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Take ownership of features across the full development lifecycle, from technical design through implementation, testing, and delivery.
• Contribute to architectural and technical decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across frontend, backend, and mobile environments.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and other engineering team members.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Required Experience & Knowledge

• Strong professional experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer.
• Advanced hands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js.
• Hands-on experience developing production applications with React Native.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern development workflows.
• Experience taking ownership of features from requirements through production.
• Good written and spoken English.

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with microservices or distributed systems.
• Experience with application performance optimization and monitoring.
• Experience working on large-scale or complex software products.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern AI-enabled engineering workflows.
• Experience working with distributed international teams.
