Purpose of the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of Xogito’s marketing function and drive our brand presence across both digital and offline channels.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — you’ll shape how we show up in the market, while also rolling up your sleeves and delivering campaigns, content, and initiatives end-to-end. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and evolving a strong, consistent brand voice, helping us build long-term relationships with founders, operators, and investors.
You’ll be stepping into a function that has been founder-led so far, so this role requires someone who is comfortable taking initiative, making decisions, and owning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Brand
- Own and maintain Xogito’s brand voice across all channels
- Write clear, high-quality content for LinkedIn, emails, landing pages, and campaigns
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and on-camera talent to plan and deliver content (e.g., podcast series)
LinkedIn & Organic Growth
- Manage Xogito’s LinkedIn presence, publishing 3–4 posts per week
- Grow reach and engagement within our target audience
- Build and manage a consistent content funnel (webinars → clips → posts → email follow-ups)
Webinars & Events
- Plan and run webinars end-to-end (topic, promotion, delivery, follow-up)
- Manage attendee acquisition and post-event communication
- Support and coordinate in-person events and ecosystem participation
- Repurpose webinar content across channels
YouTube & Video
- Manage the YouTube channel (uploads, titles, descriptions, tagging)
- Coordinate video production and editing workflows
- Ensure content is aligned with brand and optimized for visibility
Paid Advertising
- Plan and run campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Monitor performance, optimize spend, and track results
- Explore and test new channels when relevant
Email Marketing
- Build and manage email campaigns and post-event sequences
- Write content that supports long-term relationship building
- Maintain and grow the email database
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience (both strategy and execution)
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn for a B2B brand, with visible results
- Experience planning and running webinars or live events end-to-end
- Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt to an existing brand voice
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Able to work independently and manage multiple initiatives at once
Nice to Have
- Experience in IT services, software development, or consulting environments
- Familiarity with B2B marketing in long sales cycle industries
- Experience with video or podcast production workflows
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Exposure to the VC/startup ecosystem

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant certifications are a plus, but not required
