Purpose of the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Office 365 Engineer to join a team of highly dedicated professionals that thrive for new challenges daily, as well as a company that demonstrates the greatest care for its employees and has a track record for sound business decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Deploying & configuring systems to client environments
Delivery of high-quality proactive technical interventions across our clients
Training and mentoring of Support members of the team
Working with Client Stakeholders on strategy and vision
Meeting regularly with Clients and attend Client meetings and engaging Executive Management
Assisting in the definition of analysis procedures and protocols
Proactive assessment of events to reduce incident trends
Responsible for the completeness and timeliness of all security related reporting against contract constraints and SLAs
Seek and create opportunities to understand, contribute and support strategic security-related initiatives
Oversee and review the reports before being released to clients
Coordinate or lead individual or team projects
Investigating client malicious incidents and providing a report, including remediation plans

Required Experience & Knowledge

Deploy Office / Microsoft 365 Environments
Architect Office / Microsoft 365 Service Environments
Microsoft Endpoint Manager – Configuration Manager and Intune
Strong Administration experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD, Azure AD Premium, Azure AD Connects, and AD FS) and AD DS Group Policy
Leading IT Projects for Clients
Deployment of Infrastructure improvements on Client environments
Conversant with security best practices and an ability to apply security practices to client needs and challenges
Solid experience with SharePoint
