Purpose of the Role

The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for the initial pre-screening of applications based on position’s requirements and establishing contact with candidates. The position contributes to the full-cycle recruitment process within the company by building a well-organised and updated candidate pool in the company’s database and maintaining professional relationships with other members of HR Team, Hiring Managers and Candidates.  

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively collaborate with other members of HR Team, take part in HR daily meetings
  • Assist in job ads creation, publishing and updating posting
  • Perform searches across various channels for well-qualified candidates
  • Pre-screen applications based on predefined requirements
  • Take part in HR interviews and preparation of applicant profiles
  • Research various online and offline opportunities for advertising open vacancies  
  • Assist in preparation of recruitment reports and other administrative tasks ad hoc

Required Experience & Knowledge

  • At least one recruitment internship completed within a recruitment agency, in-house, or in BPO
  • Previous experience in IT recruitment is needed
  • Understanding of how the recruitment process works
  • Basic understanding of technologies and trends in the IT Sector

Required Education & Qualifications

  • University degree in Human Resources, Marketing or relevant
  • Proficient language skills in English, both written and spoken
