Purpose of the Role

As the Technical Project Manager you will take overall responsibility for the successful implementation of the client’s technical needs following the SLA. Having a sound understanding of business perspectives, end-users and technical challenges in an office life-cycle, you will act as the link between stakeholders, users and the operations team – establishing a productive environment with a focus on business success, while being able to jump hands-on when needed in the process.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the client to understand their mission and needs
  • Prioritize customer requirements, contributing to the long-term vision and strategy 
  • Oversee planned operations and deployment activities, as well as preventive maintenance
  • Coordinate infrastructure planning and oversee the daily tasks of the technical OPS team
  • Liaise between different participants, such as stakeholders and cross functional teams, creating an effective environment
  • Encourage standard best practices and consistent policies, procedures, processes

Required Experience & Knowledge

  • Infrastructure and architecture understanding and planning – involvement and decision making – at low and high level
  • Experience project managing technical infrastructure projects
  • Experience working closely with clients in a dynamic environment
  • Scrum master/Kanban management experience – tickets Management, meetings management 
  • Excellent organization, planning and controlling, result oriented skills 
  • Experience with tools as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams

  • Excellent and clear communication with stakeholders at different levels of seniority and knowledge
  • Ability to create detailed project plans for the team and the client; process oriented
  • Ability to assess the prioritization of tasks to be performed
  • Ability to recognize blockers or problems early and take corrective action

Required Education & Qualifications

  • Relevant professional experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written English
  • Willingness align your working hours with EST (6pm NY)

 

Note: For this role the working hours will be 10am – 6pm EST
