Purpose of the Role

You provide visual direction across Xogito’s projects and are able to make deliberate design decisions. Using your eye for clean and artful design, you translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces for different types of industries.

Duties and Responsibilities

Create mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or other relevant software, to demonstrate and test design concepts
Ability to create both low-fidelity wireframes and detailed visual designs
Conduct workshops and have the ability to convey design concepts into tangible business goals
Develop visually appealing and consistent interfaces that align with the brand and enhance the user experience
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the design
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders

Required Experience & Knowledge

At least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
Understanding of basic UX & web/mobile UI concepts
Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Google’s Material Design
Knowledge Usability heuristics of User Interface Design
Proficient working knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, and other visual design and wireframing tools
Solid portfolio of completed projects that demonstrates excellent UX decision making

Required Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Product/Usability Design, Graphic Design or related field and experience
Advanced level of English
