Purpose of the Role

We are looking for an Integration Specialist to join a fast-growing global team working on a modern HR SaaS platform that unifies HR, workforce management, payroll, and fintech capabilities into a single product.

In this role, you will work directly with customers and internal teams to integrate the platform with external systems, third-party tools, and client environments. You will help ensure seamless connectivity, reliable data exchange, and successful onboarding experiences for customers.

This role combines technical integration work with customer-facing collaboration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges while working closely with users and stakeholders.

We also value openness to working with AI-related products and modern AI-assisted workflows that improve implementation speed and operational efficiency.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Configure and support integrations between the platform and client systems
  • Work closely with customers to understand integration requirements and technical environments
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement scalable integration solutions
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and support resolution efforts
  • Work with APIs, webhooks, and data mapping processes
  • Assist with customer onboarding and technical implementation activities
  • Validate and monitor data synchronization across systems
  • Document integration processes, configurations, and best practices
  • Support testing and validation of integration workflows
  • Explore AI-assisted tools and workflows that improve integration efficiency and troubleshooting

Required Experience & Knowledge

Essential

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in integrations, technical support, implementation engineering, or similar roles
  • Experience working with APIs, REST services, and system integrations
  • Understanding of JSON, data mapping, and authentication methods
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical integration issues
  • Experience working with customers or external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-based systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Python or scripting
  • Familiarity with HR tech, fintech, or payroll systems
  • Experience with automation tools and workflow platforms
  • Exposure to AI-assisted implementation workflows

Required Education & Qualifications
