Purpose of the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to lead and transform Xogito’s marketing function. This is a senior leadership role for a strategic marketing professional who will take full ownership of our marketing operations, building scalable systems and driving measurable growth in the digital space.

As the marketing leader, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies that showcase our expertise in delivering innovative digital solutions, including web, mobile, and AI-powered applications for clients across industries like healthcare, e-commerce, and education. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running independently, conduct strategic audits, and build high-performing marketing teams from the ground up.

The ideal candidate is a proven marketing strategist with deep expertise in campaign management, team building, and data-driven decision making, capable of elevating Xogito’s presence in the U.S. market and engaging global audiences through sophisticated, results-oriented campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive marketing strategy development from concept to execution, including messaging, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and granular optimization (color palettes, fonts, visual placements)
  • Conduct thorough marketing operations audit of current channels, performance metrics, and gaps, presenting clear roadmaps for improvement
  • Build and scale marketing teams, identifying key roles (content strategists, data analysts, graphic designers) and managing budgets effectively
  • Manage complex ad campaigns across multiple channels with proven ROI optimization and conversion improvements
  • Evaluate strategic partnerships and event sponsorships based on target demographics, brand alignment, and tailored messaging strategies
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes using Google Analytics, CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms
  • Track and optimize key performance indicators including ROI, customer acquisition cost, engagement rates, and conversion metrics
  • Develop branding, inbound, and outbound marketing strategies with measurable success outcomes
  • Collaborate with sales teams on lead generation, funnel optimization, and revenue alignment
  • Foster high-performing internal marketing functions through process creation and team development
  • Stay ahead of marketing trends, particularly in the U.S. market, and implement innovative approaches to strengthen Xogito’s market positioning

Required Experience & Knowledge

Mandatory:

  • 5+ years of senior marketing leadership experience with proven track record of strategic campaign management
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling marketing teams with budget management responsibilities
  • Strong experience in comprehensive ad campaign development from concept to execution with measurable ROI improvements
  • Proven success in branding initiatives with specific, quantifiable outcomes
  • Deep experience in inbound and outbound marketing with documented process creation and success metrics
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics and automation tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of U.S. market dynamics and B2B marketing strategies
  • Independent leadership capabilities – able to work autonomously without micromanagement
  • Data-driven approach to marketing with experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization

Nice to Have:

  • Sales experience including lead generation, funnel optimization, or deal closing
  • Experience marketing technology or software development services
  • Background in healthcare, e-commerce, or education industries
  • Event marketing and sponsorship evaluation experience

Required Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent senior-level experience)
  • Proven track record of marketing leadership success with portfolio of campaign results and team-building achievements
  • Certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or marketing automation platforms are a plus
