Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Engineer with strong Python and integrations experience to join a global team working on a modern HR SaaS platform that combines HR, workforce management, payroll, and fintech capabilities into one product.

This role is more technical than business-oriented and focuses mainly on backend integrations, operational automation, APIs, workflows, and system connectivity.

You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, and customer-facing teams to improve data flows, automate operational processes, troubleshoot integration issues, and help scale internal systems and workflows.

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving technical and operational problems, improving processes, and building scalable integrations across multiple platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and improve backend integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms
  • Develop and support automation workflows using Python and operational tooling
  • Work with APIs, webhooks, SQL, and data pipelines to improve system interoperability
  • Troubleshoot integration, workflow, and operational issues
  • Support CRM, onboarding, reporting, and operational automation initiatives
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams
  • Analyze operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable technical improvements
  • Maintain accurate operational data and reporting consistency
  • Contribute to documentation for integrations, workflows, and operational processes
  • Explore and use AI-assisted tools and automation workflows to improve efficiency

Required Experience & Knowledge

Essential

  • 3+ years of experience in backend development, systems integration, automation engineering, or similar technical roles
  • Strong Python experience
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and automation workflows
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills
  • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and system connectivity
  • Understanding of CRM systems and operational tooling
  • Experience troubleshooting technical and process-related issues
  • Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Good English communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or startup environments
  • Experience with AI-assisted workflows or automation tools
  • Exposure to HR tech, fintech, payroll, or operational platforms
  • Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Familiarity with scripting, automation platforms, or workflow tools
