Purpose of the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to support the development and evolution of digital products and software solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with design, engineering, and business teams to help shape product vision, define requirements, and contribute to the delivery of user-centered experiences.

This role requires someone who can translate business needs into clear product requirements while ensuring that product decisions align with user needs and overall business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and planning to delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to define product features, workflows, and user journeys.
  • Contribute to the UI/UX direction of digital products, ensuring intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into clear product strategies and priorities.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to plan releases, manage product backlogs, and support timely delivery of product features.
  • Use Figma and other collaboration tools to review and refine product designs together with design teams.
  • Analyze user feedback and product performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure alignment between product vision, user experience, and business goals throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Experience & Knowledge

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager working on software or digital products.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and product design principles.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with design teams using tools such as Figma.
  • Experience translating business needs into product requirements, user stories, and clear development tasks.
  • Experience managing product backlogs and working within agile development environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a clear product vision.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience in fintech, financial services, SaaS, or other digital product environments is considered a plus.

Required Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with product and collaboration tools such as Figma and Jira is highly desirable.
  • Experience working on digital consumer products or SaaS platforms is considered an advantage.
